The Ministry of Civil Aviation and Delhi airport have launched an online portal Air Suvidha (www.newdelhiairport.in) that allows arriving passengers to complete this information.

1. Pre-Departure Form: Prior to travel, all travellers must complete the self-reporting form available on www.newdelhiairport.in. It is recommended to complete the form 72 hours prior to departure. Passengers will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Please ensure to bring a copy of this email with you.

2. Quarantine: All international travellers arriving in India must undergo a 14-day quarantine either at Delhi or their home state. This includes a 7-day quarantine at an institutional facility, at the traveller’s expense, followed by a 7-day home quarantine.

For the cost of the 7-day institutional facility quarantine, visit https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/page/quarantine-facilities/.

Quarantine exemption application: You may apply for an exemption for a 14-day home quarantine if you meet the following criteria: are pregnant, have children 10 years old or younger, have a death in the family, or have a serious illness.

To apply for an exemption, visit: https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/covid-19-exemption-international-passenger and complete the form at least 72 hours prior to departure. Exemption applicants must also submit a certificate confirming the negative result of a COVID-19 PCR test. The test must be conducted within 96 hours prior to time of your flight departure.

Upon Arrival
All passengers on arrival in Delhi will be medically screened and will be asked to download and register on the ArogyaSetu app.
