Policy Extensions (Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd)

Royal Caribbean has extended our policies meaning you can now offer your clients more REASSURANCE, FLEXIBILITY and CONFIDENCE to Book NOW!

Take the time to reach out to potential new clients, but even more importantly, those clients holding FCC’s. With the deadline to re-book FCC’s fast approaching and inventory decreasing on popular sailings (especially Alaska), make sure your clients don’t miss out.

Reservations confirmed on or before December 17, 2021 (previously October 31, 2021) and sailing on or before April 30, 2022 can opt to cancel up to 48-hours prior to the sail date in exchange for a 100% Future Cruise Credit. Additionally, qualifying reservations can also take advantage of our Best Price Guarantee up to 48-hours before sailing, ensuring the best deal!

Good news - Travel partners can hold onto their Q1 group space for longer! With final payment deadlines quickly approaching on many of our Q1 departures, we’ve decided to grant a little more time and flexibility by extending the final payment date to 30 days-to-sailing for all departures through March 31, 2022.

Vaccinated guests and children not yet eligible to be vaccinated who are sailing on or before April 30th, 2022 (previously December 31, 2021) will have the following COVID-19 Assistance at no extra charge.

  • 100% cruise fare refund for you and your Traveling Party, if any of you tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the cruise or at the boarding terminal.
  • Pro-rated cruise fare refund if your cruise is cut short for reasons related to COVID-19.
  • If you test positive for COVID-19 during the cruise, Royal Caribbean will cover the costs of COVID-19 related medical treatment onboard, any required land-based quarantine, and travel home for you and your Traveling Party.
