Seats as cargo holds, crew as cargo marshals, ‘passengers’ as boxes of protective equipment – things did look a little different when our first passenger aircraft with cargo loaded in the cabin took off on 23 April. But some things stayed the same, like a focus on safety, our teamwork and a can-do spirit that made this possible.
